Linggo ng Wika

Twice last week, the school required the boys to wear Filipiniana costumes to commemorate Linggo ng Wika.  Busy Boy has been in this school for 4 years now and he was absent in K1 and Grade 1.  This would be his second time to wear a costume.

I tried asking him to wear the Andres Bonifacio or a muslim outfit he wore in K2, but no dice.  He only wanted to wear one thing.

He's a big boy now, he refuses to wear those cute outfits anymore. Its something I cannot stop but at least, I can be there during the whole ride. Wouldn't miss it for the world

Haha I used to love Linggo ng Wika because we'd have no formal classes for a day. :-P I remember hating the itchy costumes though. :-))

What a smart-looking boy!
