Painting Rescheduled

Its official.

With the final cost to repair the Optra's timing belt (?), we would have to delay the repainting of our home's interior.  Technically, its only been 3 years since our last repaint, but we only had the paint changed from flat to semi-gloss, the colors were still the same.  2 summers ago, we had our exterior re-painted to keep the house looking presentable enough.  We were supposed to do the interior repainting last year, but we were still reeling from the effects of the flooding, as well as having the car repaired.  Now what we have enough funds to do it, here comes another unexpected expense.

Drat and double drat.  Dad and I have already discussed the new palette that we will use for the rooms and our sala to the kitchen and dining areas.  Alas, everything is postponed.  By the time we can save up again, there's a chance that the colors we've chosen are not in fashion anymore.  But I can live with that.

I wish I had a job that would allow me to earn more if I work harder/ longer.  Unfortunately, I'm in the banking industry where doing either of those will still get me nothing.  I should seriously considere income from blogs or writing articles as additional sources to earn from.

So much to think about.
